Cancellation Policy

There is a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. In order to remain on schedule for all of our clients, we will shorten your service time if you are late to your appointment. The regular price will still apply. As a courtesy to others we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late.
